So you are ready to order online and not really sure how it works?

No problem! Here is the low down:

To order any item , simply click on the add to cart button below the item. These items are not customizeable and will ship, as described, within three business days of when order is placed. If you have a custom order, pleases email me with the specifics and I will contact you to confirm your order and give you a price quote. Free free to call instead if you wish.


If you have any trouble ordering online please don't hesitate to call me at 315-393-4143 to place your order.

Accepted Forms of Payment:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, using paypal. You may also mail a check. If you choose to do so, please email this information and upon receipt of payment, your order will be shipped. Please make checks out to p.m. Designs and send them to 5923 SH 37, Ogdensburg, NY 13669. International customers must pay with credit card.

Also we cannot take pre-made items down from website if you place order by check. There is always the chance that someone else will buy the pre-made item before we receive your check.To prevent this from happening, your best bet is to pay using Paypal..

If you have a specific bag in mind that you don't see on the site, no problem. Again, shoot me an email and I will be sure to get right back to you and let you know if I can do it, approximately how much it will cost and how long it will take.

NY Sales Taxes
If I am shipping the bag to an address in New York, you will be charged an additional 7% of total order (before shipping) for NY Sales Taxes.

Shipping Policies
In addition to the cost of your order, your credit card will be charged the amount that it costs to ship your order via priority mail. This is added to your order form immediately upon placing order. Shipping cost is $5 for up to 2 lbs and $8 for up to 3.5 lbs. for shipments in the United States. For international shipments please review all International Ordering Instructions below.

p.m. Designs products are tough, but not indestructible. If something rips, tears or comes apart as a result of our construction of your item, send it back to us at the above address and I will repair it or replace it for free!

Return Policy
I will be glad to make an exchange or send a refund (minus shipping costs) for Ready Made p.m. Design items you are not completely happy with, however this does not include customized items. Returnable item(s) must be returned within 8 business days of the shipping date. Items returned after 8 business days are elgible for credit if returned within 2 months of ship date. Merchandise must be unused, in perfect condition.
Please note: Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
All SALE items are final.
