Hi! My name is Pam Morley and I am the designer and creator of p.m. Deigns Online. I have a Bachelors Degree in Education and a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology. Through the years, I have been a secretary, a court reporter and a teacher. All of these careers were rewarding in their own way. Oh yes, and my most important job of all, a mother of three.

I have always enjoyed doing crafts of all kinds, but one of my favorite things to do is to coordinate fabrics. I just love to match things up! In 2004 I started making the popular quilted handbags for myself and my daughter. It was that summer that I was introduced to making purses from placemats. Well, I went crazy with that. Matching placemats, ribbon, beads and handles was right up my alley. Placemat purses are everywhere now, and I prefer to always be doing something "different". I have done craft shows and purse parties, but have now decided to devote my time to this web site. Certainly, I would do the others on occasion, so feel free to request a party if you would like.
